What Happens After Your Pickup
This is the standard operational flow every order follows, from doorstep to doorstep.
Pickup
A driver collects your items from your address, in your chosen pickup window, anywhere in our Dubai coverage area.
Sorting
Items are sorted by category and care requirement — Wash & Press, dry cleaning, wash-and-fold, pressing, bed & bath, shoes and bags are each handled differently.
Cleaning by Category
Each item is cleaned using the method appropriate to its fabric and category — this is standard laundry and dry-cleaning industry practice, not a one-size-fits-all wash.
Quality Check
Items are checked before packaging. If a garment has a difficult or unusual stain, our team assesses it during cleaning and contacts you if special treatment is needed.
Packaging
Cleaned items are folded or hung as appropriate (suits, for example, are pressed and hung, not folded) and packaged for delivery.
Delivery
Your order is delivered back to your address in your chosen delivery window. Pay by cash or card at that point — nothing is charged upfront.

The pricing model is built around one rule: you should never be surprised by a total.
Real Prices, Shown Before You Order
Every item has a listed price in the ordering widget and on the pricing page — you see the exact cost of each item before you add it to your order.
VAT Included, Not Added Later
UAE VAT is charged at 5% and is already included in every displayed price — the total you see while building your order is the total you pay.
No Hidden Fees
No pickup fee, no delivery fee, no surprise line items at checkout. What you add to your order is what appears on your total.
Live Running Total
The order widget calculates your total instantly as you add or remove items, so you always know your total before you book a pickup slot.
How the 24-Hour Turnaround Works
The turnaround promise is built directly into how pickup and delivery slots are scheduled.
You Choose a Pickup Slot
Pick a pickup date and time slot that suits you — pickups need a minimum of 2 hours' notice from the moment you book.
Processing Happens in Between
Your items are sorted, cleaned, quality-checked and packaged between the pickup and delivery windows.
You Choose a Delivery Slot
Delivery is scheduled for at least 24 hours after your pickup slot's start time — that's the standard 24-hour express structure, and it's enforced automatically when you book, so the delivery slots offered to you already respect it.
Payment Flexibility
Nothing is charged when you book. You pay once your order is delivered.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash directly to the delivery driver when your order arrives.
Card on Delivery
Prefer not to hold cash? Our delivery team can also take card payment at the point of delivery.
