How Website Prism Built Washing Loop's Website From Scratch
A behind-the-scenes look at how a Dubai doorstep laundry service went from an idea to a bilingual website that shows prices upfront and takes real orders, built step by step by Website Prism.

The Brief
Washing Loop is a doorstep laundry and garment-care service in Dubai: customers book a pickup, the team cleans their clothes, and everything is delivered back, with payment by cash or card on delivery. The business needed a website that could do much more than describe the service. It had to take real orders without asking anyone to download an app, show clear prices before anyone commits, work properly in English and Arabic, and be easy to find for people searching for laundry help in their own neighborhood.
That is a very different brief from a brochure site, and it is exactly the kind of project Website Prism builds: a business website designed around what customers actually need to do, not just how it looks.
What We Built
Online Ordering With a Live Total
Customers tap to add items and watch the running total update instantly. Guest checkout means no account or app is needed, and payment happens on delivery.
One Price List Behind Everything
A single product catalog powers the ordering widget, the price list, the price calculator and most of the prices quoted across the site, so a price change is made once.
Genuinely Bilingual
A full Arabic version with right-to-left layout, not a thin translation of the homepage. Pages link to their Arabic equivalents so search engines serve the right language.
Neighborhood Pages
Dedicated pages for 16 Dubai communities plus service pages and care guides, written for how people really search ("laundry near me", by area and by service).
Accounts, Rewards and Referrals
An optional free account unlocks a first-order discount and a points-based referral program, so happy customers can bring friends.
Order Management for the Team
A private dashboard for managing orders and pickups, with automatic email and WhatsApp updates to customers as each order moves from pickup to delivery.
The Process, Step by Step
From first conversation to a live, tracked website.
Discovery
Mapped the services, the pricing model, the delivery areas and how customers actually order, including over WhatsApp.
Price Catalog
Turned the real price list into one structured catalog that every part of the site reads from.
Ordering Flow
Built the tap-to-add widget, guest checkout and an area search with a map pin for anywhere not listed.
Arabic Version
Created the full right-to-left Arabic site alongside the English one rather than as an afterthought.
Local Content
Wrote area-specific pages and practical guides so the site earns visits from real searches.
Technical SEO
Added structured data, a dynamic sitemap, language tags and a plain-text summary file for AI assistants.
Operations
Set up the order dashboard and the automatic status messages so the team spends less time on admin.
Tracking and Launch
Wired up analytics and ad conversion tracking, tested the full booking flow on mobile, then launched.
Decisions That Shaped the Site
- Prices before commitment. Every item's price is visible before booking, so first-time customers know what they will pay before they decide.
- No friction to start. No app to download and no account to create. Booking works as a guest, and paying on delivery removes the need for a card at checkout.
- Built for local search. People search by neighborhood and by service, so each area and each service got its own page instead of one generic page trying to cover everything.
- Fast by design. The site is a custom-built application rather than a heavy page-builder, and analytics scripts load after a visitor interacts so pages appear quickly.
- Measured from the start. Analytics and conversion tracking were part of the build, so decisions after launch are based on what visitors actually do.
See the Result
The best way to understand the build is to use it. Browse the price list, try the price calculator, look at an area page such as Dubai Marina, or open the Arabic version. If you are in Dubai and have laundry to send, you can also book a pickup and see the ordering flow first-hand.
